We typically process orders within 1–3 business days from our Lower Sackville facility. During busy seasons processing may take longer; please allow additional time during peak periods. Once your order leaves our facility it is in the custody of the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping on orders over CAD75. For orders below that amount a flat shipping fee of CAD8.99 applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or if we made an error with the shipment.
