Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of the online store operated by davidsteasonline Store. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.
Ordering & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items listed. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Acceptance of an order and the formation of a binding contract occurs when we process the order for fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons that include but are not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product information or pricing, or issues verifying payment or identity.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in CAD and reflect the amount payable at the time of purchase. Prices, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order. We do not represent or warrant availability of any particular payment method on this page; payment processing is handled during checkout.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the purchaser. Shipping estimates are provided on the Shipping & Delivery page. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains eligibility, timelines and procedures. The standard return window is 30 days from receipt, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we notify you otherwise, and there is no restocking fee unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, davidsteasonline Store and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products sold. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase will not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable products.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nova Scotia.
